There are fast-fuel options for stock tanks. There are a number of little things to be done to make tire changes quicker. Most racers can barely do a tank's worth of riding. I also am suspicious that even the teams that CAN do all the fancy stuff don't. It's like with the Formula and Superbike classes on Sunday where it's pretty much the same bikes as in SS.
