I am pretty good about pumping new grease into the trailer bearings, but the wheels seems get dirty pretty quickly. The wheels still spin smooth, but I am worried that the bearings are leaking or maybe I just didn't clean them well enough.

Anyone have experience with the Kendon bearings? Do they usually need changing every could of years or just keep filling them with fresh grease?
