Should N. Hayden make "The Change"?

    MotorcycleNews reports Hayden/Ducati rumor

I vote "Yes!" It has been made clear that Nicky is not the favored child of HRC. Repsol is a Spanish company and they have a Spaniard riding for them.

It may not be greener pastures but a change would be something different from the overly political HRC environment.

Racing is more than just winning, being competitive is a big part of the thrill. Winning is just the icing!

Surely he'd do better on that bike than the current satellite guys are!

Besides, at least it's still MotoGP, still in the show is better than not...

I think he should have left after he won his first championship.... he may very well have been a Double World Champion right now if he would have went over then.

Everything I have read says the HRC gig is his dream job though and getting him to leave there would take HRC axing him since he wouldn't leave on his own.

I believe Ducati would be behind him vs the bs that HRC has been dealing him for the last couple of years.

I say yes. Nicky racing for HRC "appears to be" an effort in futility in terms of being competitive. As talented as he is, he should be given every opportunity to win races.

For sure! I think he would be fighting up front again. Even though Rossi said he wasn't interested at first, do you think Ducati could afford the budget and get the sponsorships to house Stoner, Hayden, and Rossi in one pit? Now that would be cool!
