Hey renee, you can get leaded race fuel in austin. There is a car drag shop on north lamar, across a field from lonestar bmw. They have lots of stuff.. I run the 002.. 105leaded. The guys there are pretty good about fuel they can help you out.. on the RS50 maybe run a 4:1 ratio with pump gas and leaded.. but you probably just wanted to know what was for sale at hallett.. I think they have 110 octane and it is leaded. It was $5 a gallon when I bought it there the last race weekend.

Daniel, do you have the name of that company or ph#. It's much closer than the place we use which is further south 183 than the airport.

You can buy VP C12 (what I run in the 125) from Zabors 467-9484 on Burnet for $6/gal. The Austin Performance 832-5566 shop on Lamar carries Howell stuff (Alan Tan buys his fuel there) for less.

I also know that AF1 racing is carrying or is going to carry VP fuel. Might give them a shout, 459-dyno.. They are on Lamar right near airport blvd.

At Hallett, you can get some 105 (or higher, can't remember) leaded.

Renee, we get our Howell 002 at Racebike Heaven in Hutto on hwy 79. Tell Dean you are with the CMRA and he will give you a racers discount. You can also get a 50 gallon drum with all of the attachments (pump, opener, drum charge, etc) and you will come out alot cheaper than if you try and purchase each time. All and all we got the case of Yamalube free and saved ourselves 12 trips in to get the fuel. Also when it comes time to load up for the track that is one less thing to worry about. Was well worth it to me. Later, Anthony.
