A quick thanks from the other side

Some of you may have seen me walking around with a woman this weekend and introducing her to racers, snapping on some GoPro's, photos, etc. Her name was Shandra Crawford and she runs the California State Championship race series. She recently moved to Texas though and wanted to see what the local scene was like and the racing. On the drive home she was ecstatic about the quality of the races, the grids, the fans in attendance and how accomdating CMRA is, to the point that she is strongly considering coming back to racing (the California club scene had burnt her out on racing).

CMRA, you guys run a great show. Thank you for making it happen. I toot the CMRA horn where ever I go and now some folks are starting to see and spread the word. I hope this translates into better things for the club in the form of larger grids, contingency and excitement

    Can't argue with that.

Sure can't hurt having Bones talking up the CMRA. He knows everybody and he's well respected.

Great to see you at the track this weekend Brandon. I wish we had more time to visit.

Being there for only one day REALLY threw me off. I apologize if I was short with anyone or seemed preoccupied. Yes I was preoccupied by shooting but I always like to talk to you guys and hear your stories about the races, it's one of the reasons why I always camp at the track

I always get a little boost of adrenaline when I come through a turn where Mr. Bones is shooting. Glad to see you out there...

Curious to know if she will be posting any of her photos. I'd like to see what she captured with the go pro. She was everywhere. The track pics are cool but some times the pit photos are very entertaining. Thanks!
