so I just had to throw this out there for consideration,
more than a few years back I started hearing how one or more of the track day "Schools" were trying to have an instructer aproved by the dps to give instruction to dismiss traffic tickets or have the class aproved for this process, supposbly this all started because many were requesting to use there track day experiance as a safety class to dismiss a speeding ticket ( or trying to)....well I guess the dps took notice of all the street bikes at track day "schools" and are these "schools" or a trackday experiance ? do people ride there street leagl bike to the track and then get instructed on the track ? do people crash there bike at the track day "school" and then claim it on there insurance ? do the instructers tell you how how much better you will ride on the street after a track day "school" ? well; if it's called a "school" maybe so but then wouldnt a school need to be monitoered by the state ? theres not many dps officers that think a 180 hr bike should be in the hands of someone on the street to start with so this whole thing to them is like an invatation to scrutinize a bike track day experiance or "school" provider....notice the "school" it's here were the heart of the problem is and is it a school to teach you how to drive on the street or a track day experiance to learn how to go faster than legal on the street and or potentailly learn to become a licensed competition racer ? it's one thing to be monitored to be effective at licenising racers a whole different ball game to dismiss traffic tickets,,I believe this is were it started to go in the wrong direction.....problem in todays world is once a goverment entity gets involved it's hard to put that genie back in the bottle especially if there is potential revenue to be had...so none of this comes as a surprise they want to expand there controll over the whole thing right down to clubs were street legal bikes cannot be used except for friday track day and licensing.

    Sniff Sniff....
    Sarcasm? YES

When I offer to help you personally, and your support team repair your bike, when crashing at TWS, then later do actually loan tools to the fellow (am sorry I don't know his name) helping you repair your bike when he's in-need, yup, I'm awful-awful person.
When I greet you at the track, ask you how you're doing, throughout the 2012 season, but you never have the common respect to ask me how my day/weekend may be going. OK, I guess it's just like being on the track, just a one-way rotation of communication...

I 'argue with everyone on this message board and your always right'!? OK....That's validated how!? Well, maybe just those that have not shown me the respect that I tried to show them?
There's some folks in this organization who have shown me respect, and I strongly try to show them that respect and appreciation back.

    Thanks for your input.

Mr. Dillon / Mr. Inge, other CMRA members, sorry for the thread turning this direction and away from its focus. A personal message would have sufficed on these matters, but I will not cower to anyone, and will diligently defend myself, as we all should, when slandered.
