I may be mistaken but I think that is the surfing Hang-Ten "Waves Up" sign not a gang sign. At least it was when I was a youngster some time ago, lol.

I'm sure that's the case Karl. I noticed how big the waves were as we drove down the beach on the way to the banquet.
