Thread: UPDATED! 11/23/13 2014 Rule and Class Structure changes

I was just planning on removing the QS from the Bazzaz to make it legal to race in the 300 class. Now, you have stated no TC (which I don't care about but it comes with the QS module) but that begs the question; do I have to now go buy another Bazzaz that is just a fuel management, or can I just zero out the TC settings on the box I have now?

Note: All of this was purchased before there was a 300 class being considered.

I would look into sending it back for exchange. I will be happy to speak with your supplier on your behalf.

Up to 400cc 2-stroke air and water-cooled twins (Keith H. & Ryan W. I better see an RD on the grid next season!!!)
    Any bodywork allowed.
    Thank you Walter. Three questions:

    1. So Aprilia RS250 Cup bike allowed in 500 Classic?
    2. Is 500 Classic running on Saturday's or Sunday's?
    3. Are 300 Supersport bikes (EX300) allowed in 500 Supersport?

Might bring up my KR1-S for couple of races for 500 Classic... =)

    Thank you again.

    1) RS 250 cup bike No (doesn't really fit the spirit of the class) KRS-1 I sure hope so!
    2) Saturday
    3) No (300 and 500 will run together)

I have a damper for my 250 that was purchased for WERA. Will it be required for the 2014 season?

I do NOT have one for the 300. Will I need to buy one for the 2014 season?
Isn’t is sad how some people’s grip on their lives is so precarious that they’ll embrace any preposterous delusion rather than face an occasional bleak truth?

Thank you Walter. So can you give as an idea what a Saturday Mini Sprint class´s schedule will look like?

I am concerned having a Ninja 300 raced only in one class on Saturday when Mini Endurance is not schedule.

    @Walter

I purchased a dampers for my 250 to race WERA last year. It had adverse affects on the handling of the bike(most likely due to a mounting issue) so I removed it and did not use it in the CMRA. Will a damper be required for the 250 in the 2014 season?

Dampers will be required on the 250, 300, and 500.
