Promised? Prove it. I never make promises. Promises are for the movies and placating. I only say what I intend to do. I dug up the emails from last April and this is how it went:

Ted - If you are so inclined, would you pen an article for the EcR issue of the Inside Line?

I think it's a great idea. I just need to find the time to do it. Sort of a general perspective on the ECR event?

I have yet to find the time. If you were waiting on me to finalize the April, 2013 Inside Line, well, it may not happen. Feel free to copy/paste this thread, however, and publish that.

I processed 67 orders, answered 133 emails, 27 phone calls, solved 12 irate customer issues, all while being skewered here in my "off time". I'm going to need a better definition of productive. Today was a slow day.
