    01 GSXR 750 Clutch Question

I picked up an 01 GSXR 750 from a buddy that's in great shape. But it's got a very stiff clutch pull on it, and without a slipper clutch it makes manually slipping the clutch difficult at best. I've pulled the sprocket cover that has the clutch mechanism in it to check for binding or just being dirty. I've cleaned it and re-greased it, when it's off the push rod is seems to be fine and move freely. Really the only complaint I have with the bike.

Anyone have any insight into this old bike?

Had 1 with Barnett clutch springs was the sane way...put oem back in and was great...see if it has aftermarket springs

I thought you might chime in, thanks for the information. I'll ask my buddy, he rebuilt the tranny, he might have done that.
