Forks - Transport from Houston to San Antonio?

It's worth a shot, so I'll ask: I have a set of forks I'd like to get to Keith Hertell in San Antonio. Is anyone from the Houston area making a trip to SA in the next few days? Ideally I'd like to get the forks to him in time such that I could wedge myself into his busy schedule so that he could finish them up and bring them to TWS. I'd say the chances of this happening are slim, but, hey, if I don't ask, I'll never know. I would, of course, come to you to hand them off for transport, and I can promise that the forks are good traveling companions and won't back talk you, second guess your driving habits or ever ask "are we there yet?".

If you're headed the SA direction from my area in the next day or two, let me know. 832-Two8Nine-97NineSeven

    Thanks!

Hey Linz, if timing becomes critical it may be quicker/easier to pack them up in a $20 plastic rifle case from Cabella's and ship them UPS Ground which is 1 day to S.A.

I can attest that this is a great idea. I've done this very thing before, most recently with legs I had SMS work on and some legs I shipped to some eBay buyer. It works great!

In this case, I don't need them by TWS to race, but if I could get them back by then, I'd be way ahead of the curve for MSRH.
