    Fort Worth R6 Need Help

I just did a trackday and the bike has started to become really choppy at 4k rpm or below.
Might be doing it while on the track but it is harder to notice. It does pop a lot through the corners.

I am not sure if it could be the Power Commander, the Fuel Pump or the TPS yet.
I was going to pull it apart and hope it is something simple but would anyone be able to loan me a Stock ECU, TPS or Gas tank/Pump should I need it to test?

What year is the bike? I may have a stock ECU for a 2008+ laying around somewhere.

That would be helpful wouldn't it?

It is a 2008. I see some guys online had a similar issue and it was one of the fuel injectors.
That would be strange though seeing how low of miles it has.

Thanks Paul, if I need to test the Power Commander vs a stock ECU I will get with you.

Cause riding through the pit at 60mph is frowned upon.

I bike idles fine, I just can't ride it in the pit without it jumping a lot.
I can hear it popping on maintenance throttle in the corners.
This all started in the last couple sessions.

Lol I'm just messing with you. Sounds like a tune issue. Is it fine at wot? Try taking the pc off completely? You don't need an ecu to see if the pc is bad.

Yeah it did feel like the tune, but it hasn't done this at any of the other races/trackdays this year.
the PC could be going bad, which really sucks, I have heard that is common though.

If it just started happening with no change to the tune, I would look at hardware failure rather than software.

I had that exact same thing happen during a,trackday on my gixxer. Turned out one of the bolts to the airbox had come loose and it was sucking air through the seal. Just throwing that out there

Everything is fine at idle, it is only when its under a load does it get jumpy.

All the cylinders are getting hot.
I pulled the air box and figured out the new sound.
The throttle bodies flutter and vibrate when everything is powered on. It will keep doing this until its started.

    So TPS or throttle bodies?
