My GSXR had a similar issue with a PC3. It ended up being the ignition module.

No I couldn't replicate the problem.
All the cylinders are firing at idle or with the bike on the stand.
I unhooked all the PC stuff, rode it and it was fine.
Then I hooked it back up one unit at a time and nothing.

I believe it is in the PC somewhere but can't prove it.
I ended up soldering in the PC power cable, even though while testing the clamp was working fine.

The throttle bodies will still make a lot of noise when powered on, but not as often as before.
I am going to listen to some R6's this weekend and see what the deal is.

    ...but...

I was really hoping ignition coil, but they were good.
The bike only has 7k miles on it and the engine has only about 1,000 miles.
I am guessing it is a connection issue.
