    C Super Sport question

Our 2008 GSXR 600 spool attach points on the swing arm are snapped off, the only way to lift the rear of the bike is with a pit bull stand that is configured to lift the bottom of the swing arm. While that may not be a problem at most tracks, I am concerned it will be a safety issue at Hallet, where the pit area isn't flat. Can we install aftermarket axle blocks that have the stand spools as part of the unit, ie. Driven or Lightech? Other wise were are going to have to remove the swing arm and have it welded, that's a lot of work and money.

Or as Jordan pointed out, have to buy a used swing arm. It's still a lot work, breaking chains and such.

I will also add that the stock R6 axle sliders are firmly in place and don't fall out. So this would not be an advantage over the Yamaha in particular.

You can use an aftermarket axle adjuster that incorporates a stand hook or spool but no captured axle nut or caliper mount will be allowed.
