When you say "paperwork"..do you mean an advancement request email to Walter or do you mean you just submitted a license form?
If just a license form you will need to send Walter a request for advancement. Sporting rules 1.2 rider classifications

Gotcha. Sorry I thought when it said novice championship winners are automatically eligible I thought it meant you just select expert on the license form

Yeah we have run into "eligible" translating to "guaranteed " ...its not...lol
