Jim, those inner splines might have to be cut with an EDM. Becka's family shop has one, but I'm not sure what they would charge to do that since they focus mainly on too and die. I'd be happy to check with them though, if you like.

I found out Esjot makes these.

They are a German company so who knows if I can get them or in what quantity I'll have order, but I have a lead on them.

Lots and lots and lots of places make rear sprockets. Front ones, not so much.

We import Esjot. Patience is required but let me see what we can do.

Is that thing centered or is there an offset?

Most places are reporting they don't have the broach to cut the drive splines.

Jim, do you really need the integrated spacer? Seems like it would be fine to have a standard spacer in place. Maybe that would ease the pain of finding what you need.

It's centered, although as long as one side is spot on I bet it would be OK -- the sprocket is retained with a cup that presses against the sprocket body, not the spacer. This is the sprocket from the 1125r Chain Drive race conversion kit.

If you don't mind looking into this, that would be great. I'm after 4 of them (16-tooth) and could buy as many as 20 as I know a bunch of other guys trying to source them.

Some of it, probably, for durability. Not integrating the spacer at all would mean a lot of power transfer through just 6mm of material, both on my drive shaft and the sprocket.

Email me the spacing distance between the teeth and the end that sits against the engine, or even better a picture like what you have above with both sides measured out. It's the same Rotax shaft as the Aprilia v990, right? Maybe we get lucky and the inner offset is the same as something we have in stock. Worst case we see if Esjot will manufacture a run of 20+.

So, based on the picture it's (29.15 - 6) / 2 or 11.575mm per side. The spacer is the same on both sides.

Probably, but I cannot confirm that. There's 18 splines in the ID of the sprocket.

Ah, so you didn't make that picture. You don't have an actual sprocket to measure? I've got ~8.25mm offset for the Aprilia, but I count 17 splines on ours.
