    Custom Sprocket Makers

I've got a front sprocket I need cut I cannot find anywhere. It's "unusual" in that it has integrated spacers on the drive shaft fitting. The spline fitting should be the same as an RSVR1000, however.

Does anyone know someone in the D/FW (or anywhere, really) area able to reverse-engineer a new sprocket from an old one provided as an example?

    http://pmpsprockets.com/customer_service Local, in Wylie.

Getting a front from them, might be a challenge.

They cut a few rear Duc sprockets for me a few yrs ago and was happy with their product.

Most places are reporting they don't have the broach to cut the drive splines.

Chris can't do that, 99% certain. You need a legit machine shop for that type of work.

Now if you have a broken one, I'm sure he could weld it back together for you ;)
