Dang Brian! I didn't know you went though four motors either. I guess I'm very lucky! The Ninja 250 I finished in 5th overall for this season in E-Superstock and in Formula 4, I had purchased for $2,500, 2 years ago from Kevin Nolde (Rent My Ninja). I've never had to spend a dime on her, except for regular maintenance!!


Bone stock motor. This bike was raced and rented for 3 years before I bought it...and then I did a year of track days on it, and then I did a full season of sprints on it!


That's why I love the 250 class so much! I would likely only be racing TMGP if there was no CMRA 250cc class.


Unfortunately for me, I stocked up on 2 more stock Ninja 250's this season, before news of the changes were released, thinking I'd use them next season. My gamble. So, like others, I'm heavily invested in this 250 class. I hope we keep racing these baby Ninja's for many more years! They've been very affordable, easy to work on, and a total blast to race!
