Okay, after a brief perusing...
For the jump start penalty, how is the time penalty determined and who makes the call?
I like the F40 middleweight addition. Will it be run as a wave start with the F40 HW?
Does the 'Class sponsor award form' need to be filled out every event, or is it a one-and-done like the Sponsor form?

The Starter and Grid Marshals will make the determination on jumped starts. There's no way I can list every situation but I'll give these examples. If you roll the start it will be 5 seconds. If you jump big time it will be 30 seconds.
Yes.
Nancy will answer this one.

Is the Ultra Lightweight GP going to be a Saturday race?
Is there a draft version of a generic weekend schedule?
It's always a great pleasure to work with you, Walter, to do the Rule Book word-processing - an educational experience I really enjoy.
Folks, please PM me directly about typos and word-processing problems so I can get those fixed before we go to print in a few weeks.
Substantive content is of course Walter's arena.
Thanks to Blair Hartsfield/Hart Photography for making his photos available for free use by the CMRA, one which I chose for the cover this year.
Please see the pages in the just-posted book about advertising ..... the deadline for ads in the Rule Book is very rapidly approaching (January 9th).
If you need advertising info please PM me directly with phone/email contact info or contact Nancy at the office. The online book will of course be updated to include ads when they are finalized and they will be in the color pages of the printed edition which will be distributed starting at MSRH.
Advertising is a great way to promote your business - CMRA members prefer to do business with CMRA supporters.
Racers, a 1/4 page ad is a great way to thank your sponsors.
Rule Book ads pay the cost of the printed book ;-)

That term is used in reference to tech paperwork near the top of Rule Book page number 15 / PDF page 21.
An example is the form that was required by the 300/500 Supersport Class Sponsor in 2014 (distinct from a contingency sponsor). Most class sponsors don't require any such form.
IF any of those are required in 2015 the info will be on the forms page of the website in the Class Sponsor Info section and the forms themselves will be in the boxes in tech as always. The class sponsor will set the rules for if/when they must be submitted and that will hopefully be clear on the forms they provide.
So (sorry, Walter), Nancy gets a break on this one .... it'll be set by the class sponsor and Steve Burzynski in Tech should be able to help you out if you have any questions ;-)

Thanks Walter!
Any chance of putting a Jr. Motard race between the Grom/F5/6/7 race and ESS? My theory being that there may be people in those classes that want to race in ESS (I know 3 for sure). That change could put those same 250s in back to back races. I'd rather to back to back races on the same bike than on different bikes. I think it is less likely that someone would change bikes between any of the other classes. Just my thoughts.
I am excited about these changes, thanks!
