Need clarification: so ALL bikes have to have a red light at the back even when it is not raining? I dont really have an electrical system on my bike. Is it ok to just strap a Nicad in the tail to run the light?
Also, it appears that I can run a full on 125 in F4 now but not a Moto 3 bike. They are comparable but the Moto 3 bike (which I have a Moriwaki 250) is forced to race with F2. Correct? If so, what makes the 125 appropriate for F4 but not he Mori?
Great rulebook. The only part I dont like (besides those silly tail lights) is the penalty point system. That seems ripe for tension between riders and the RD. Glad it his problem.
