For Cliff - this type of thing that you're mentioning falls into the bylaws that govern us. If you feel the bylaws are missing something when it comes to this, you can submit a proposal to make an amendment to them. That is part of the reason we're holding this town hall. Input from the members as to a positive direction to take things in is always appreciated. We can't work on something unless we have some feedback as to what specific things might need some attention. "You guys suck" & "cmra sucks" is not specific enough (and it's counterproductive and hurtful). I can see you have taken some time to write some thoughtful responses here. If you would like to submit an item for consideration ahead of time to discuss at the meeting, please email it to me, and I'll make sure it gets out to the BOD and put on the schedule for discussion. Here's a link to the bylaws for your review:

if the link doesn't work, the 2013 bylaws are in the lower right hand corner on the forms page. Thank you for your input.

To state that you were released from your duties as a independent contractor for the CMRA because of your relationship with the plaintiff in the pending lawsuits is a LIE!
