~72% lazy or 'don't care' membership .... are you really surprised?

Didn't you already know that the majority of members just want to 'take, take, take' and won't even give 3-minutes (if that) of zero $ time when asked by the club for help?

We can only hope that folk's failure to exercise considered participation in these 'apparently unimportant to me' matters won't bite the club somewhere down the road.

The vote to amend the Certificate of Formation passed, so fortunately the club can move forward with a modern certificate filed with the Texas Secretary of State.

Thank you to those who took the minute to vote and thank you so much to the current Board of Directors and our attorney for making sure the club remains current with the times.

It's good to know that there are still folks who want the CMRA to be around for future racers...
