    Agreed.

My reading of the petition is that John was at the helm when the Peyton thing went down and the petitioner and many others believe the lawsuit could have been avoided. Therefore, the recall relates to removing the person who was President during that fiasco due to the perception that he (and others) instigated much of the action or at the very least made it worse, which was a bad decision for the club.

If I misread it and that petition is for any other reason, my name will have to be removed.

I can only imagine. I'll have to bribe him with some bourbon to get the story.

Why wait until now Chris? Makes no sense. I've read the posts on FB and here and it's easy to see that many believe this will get him his contractors position back.

It's gonna be hard to find around these parts but a little humility, from everyone, would go a long way.

It makes perfect sense. He's made some bad decisions that likely placed the Club in danger, and now he's back in a position to make more decisions that can adversely affect the Club's existence. That's what is in my petition. Please read it.

Can you honestly say that you were planning this before I released you from your contractors position?

Linz, you've posted reasons why you think that you were released as a contractor but you and I both know the real reasons why you were released. As I stated before I do most business by email to ensure that there is a written record of exactly what was said. I believe that to be a very professional way to handle things especially sensitive matters. It's clear that you disagree with me on that point. I'll apologize to you right now for that if it makes you feel better. If you want to talk then pick up the phone and call me. I've already left you one voicemail.

I've been traveling on business and I haven't had a chance to any posts yet...and I haven't yet read to the end.

Bryan, I've got to ask; why are YOU personally offended by how this situation was handled? I'm looking at this in absolute terms here; this is between an employee, his boss and how that boss has interacted within his reporting structure in his decision to terminate a contract employee.

How is this personal to you? This has NOTHING at all to do with your like and respect for Linz. None whatsoever. You just stated that it got personal on a sent email. Why do you feel it's personal? To you specifically?
